Events: Annual Clean-up

The IRC is very proud of the success of its volunteer "clean-up" runs. Some information about them follows:

• occurs each year during Earth Week, which is in April
• involves participation from society members and other enthusiast organizations and businesses
• has resulted in the removal on average of approximately a half-dozen automobiles, various tires, and on average about 800 cubic feet of garbage including furniture, roofing material, household refuse, refrigerators, stoves, washers, and dryers
