When is
?
It will take place during the Victoria Day Long Weekend, Friday, May 19th to Sunday May 21st, 2000.
Who will be at
?
If you got your registration back to us promptly, you will be joining
99 other vehicles, drivers and their friends, plus all of the members of
the Island Rock Crawlers, and our event sponsors.
Registration has been limited to the first 100 who got their completed (and
paid!) registration forms in to us. It is strictly on a first-come,
first-served basis!
Can we watch
?
We've had many requests about where to go to to watch the fun at Rock Crawl 2000.
We cannot accommodate spectators. Due to the nature of the event, there
is no central location - every day there are over a dozen different
groups of vehicles going out to many remote areas, accessible
only by four wheel drive. We will not have the resources to deal with any extra
vehicles tagging along to watch. The best vantage point is definitely as a driver
or passenger, so if you're interested, watch the IRC web site for details on future
Rock Crawl events, and be sure to register early for the next one.
How much does
cost?
The cost is $100.00 CDN ($80 US) per
driver/vehicle (includes one Official Rock Crawl 2000 T-shirt).
Additional Adult passengers are $75.00 CDN ($65
US) (also includes T-shirt), Youth passengers (12 and under) are $25.00
CDN ($20 US), and Children (5 and under) are
free. Extra T-shirts may be purchased at additional cost.
We are offering a family rate (2 adults and children) this year which is $200.00 CDN ($165
US). This includes two T-shirts.
Your registration includes four meals and four nights camping!
Your registration fee, minus a $15.00 cancellation charge, will be refunded
if cancellations are made before April 15, 2000. No refunds
will be given for cancellations received after April 15, 2000. Sorry.
